At AuraGen, we believe enterprise AI must be built on total data sovereignty. We do not use your proprietary prompt data, generated copy, or uploaded resumes to train public foundation models without explicit corporate authorization.
02Data Ingestion & Storage Architecture
We collect only the telemetry strictly necessary to fulfill synthesis requests:
- Account Identity: Email address, encrypted credentials, profile metadata.
- Billing Metadata: Merchant processor tokens, invoice history (card numbers are processed directly by PCI-DSS Level 1 partners).
- Generated Workspaces: Saved documents, templates, and project structures stored with AES-256 row-level encryption.
- Usage Telemetry: Monthly credit consumption counts to enforce quota boundaries.
03Third-Party Inference Providers
Inference requests are executed via secure encrypted conduits to Groq Cloud LPUs and Hugging Face infrastructure. Data transmitted across these API gateways is subject to zero-data-retention contractual covenants.
04Cookies & Session Persistence
We utilize secure HTTP-only session cookies strictly required for Supabase authentication state. We do not sell tracking cookies to third-party ad networks.
05Your Global Privacy Rights
Regardless of your jurisdiction, you have the right to inspect, export, or permanently delete your account and all associated synthesized documents at any time via your user dashboard or by submitting a data request.
