01Acceptance of Terms

By authenticating or interacting with AuraGen ("the Platform"), you acknowledge and agree to comply unconditionally with these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you possess full authority to bind said entity.

02Service Description & Inference Entitlements

AuraGen provisions AI-augmented synthesis, text summarization, emotional sentiment analysis, and diffusion image generation via Groq LPU hardware acceleration and frontier LLMs. We grant users a non-exclusive, revocable license to access our platform pursuant to your plan tier.

03Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You maintain complete, unencumbered ownership of all prompt inputs and synthesized output text generated under your authenticated account. AuraGen claims no intellectual property rights over user-generated marketing assets, articles, or summaries.

You agree that your prompts and resulting creations will not infringe copyright, promote unlawful conduct, or violate third-party trademarks.

04Subscriptions, Auto-Renewals & Billing

Paid subscription plans (Professional, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual schedule in advance. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your dashboard; access remains unhindered until the conclusion of the active billing period.

05Acceptable Use Policy

You explicitly agree not to use AuraGen for:

• Generating malicious code, exploits, or automated cyber threats.
• Disseminating targeted harassment, hate speech, or non-consensual imagery.
• Attempting unauthorized model extraction, reverse-engineering, or scraping.
• Overloading or disrupting infrastructure with denial-of-service attempts.

06Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

AuraGen is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall AuraGen or its suppliers be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from algorithmic inaccuracies or downtime.
